Holistic Massage with Sound
It's a unique body treatment that combines several professional techniques with the healing power of the voice, allowing you to enter in special state of relaxation and well-being.
It works at a deep muscular level, with friendly and respectful contact with the body in order to release physical imbalances. I also combine Reiki, healing singing, and energy harmonisation techniques working on subtle energy channels so that healing reaches a deeper level.
In the session, tension is released and the nervous system calms down, releasing also states of anxiety. It creates harmony between body and mind and bring out the colours of each one's soul.
REflexology Massage
It is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet that correspond to different body organs and systems. It brings balance to specific organs, improves the health of your body and brings a general state of wellbeing.
Reiki / Energetic Balance
I use several techniques to clean, energise and bring back balance into your energy centres or chakras. It is for raising your vibration into a state of peace and harmony and addressing specific areas of tension. It is done through a gentle energetic touch, supported by sound healing and medicine songs.

An experience to connect with the deep breath & voice to get in touch with your unique expression to the world. We will do exercises to help you find this freedom and to feel confident in it. All guided from a place of loving presence, playfulness and musical flow.
It is not a session focused on singing techniques, the focus is to use the voice for one’s alignment, working in the aspects that are needed in every moment. Using the voice to remove blockages and at the same time to activate the potential and the unique sound of each one’s essence.
The base behind is the knowledge that when someone finds their own nature, its voice and expression is naturally tuned and aligned. It is also my own path to be able to express myself that began in a place of that much fear that I was needing to hide myself from the world. Nowadays free expression is my passion and I have been able to start recording my first songs and sing in front of the public or cameras.
